Montana Funding Finder is an informational discovery and matching service. A potential or strong match is a starting point for your research. It is never a guarantee of eligibility, approval, or receiving funding.
The service and these terms
These terms govern your use of Montana Funding Finder. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account services. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
The service provides category exploration, personalized questionnaires, potential funding matches, saved account activity, and paid access options. Availability of a category or match does not mean a particular funding program is accepting applications or that you are eligible.
No guarantee of eligibility or funding
We do not award funds, approve applications, or make an agency’s eligibility decisions. Official agencies and funding providers determine final eligibility, application requirements, award amounts, and award decisions. Strong and possible matches, when available, describe an informational assessment based on available information and your answers, not an approval or promise.
Funding information, deadlines, budgets, and requirements can change or be incomplete. Verify current terms directly with the official source before applying, spending money, or relying on an opportunity. We do not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Your account responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use an email account you control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for an organization.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, compromise accounts, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or extract information in a way that harms the service or violates applicable law. Do not submit false information to obtain funding or access another user’s data.
Paid reports and memberships
Montana Funding Finder offers a Full Funding Report for $29 as a one-time purchase, a Funding Stack Report for $49 as a one-time purchase, and an Annual Membership for $99 per year. Stripe processes payments through its hosted checkout. The Annual Membership renews yearly until canceled; access remains tied to the subscription status Stripe reports to us. One-time access may be revoked if its payment is refunded. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge. Paying for a report or membership does not guarantee eligibility or an award.
Intellectual property
Our branding, original platform content, and software are owned by Montana Funding Finder or its licensors to the extent protected by law. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not represent our branding or materials as your own or exploit them beyond permissions granted by law or us. Third-party program materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You retain rights in information you submit and permit us to process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

External funding links are provided for convenience. We are independent of government agencies and are not responsible for external websites, their security, or their decisions. Their terms apply when you use their services.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features, or suspend or terminate access to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. We will provide notice where appropriate and required by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through our contact email. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including intellectual property and liability provisions, continue to apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for your application and spending decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, Montana Funding Finder and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost opportunities or anticipated funding, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable obligations, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections available under applicable consumer law remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised terms and date here and provide additional notice or seek renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
